Admin console

What administrators can manage separately from company owners.

Updated October 9, 2026 · 3 sections

Purpose

The admin area provides authorized operators with searchable account, company, Pod, and knowledge-file views, plus task visibility. Overview, Accounts, Companies, Pods, Files, Events, Workspace, Admins, Billing & Plan, and Settings open as views inside one shared admin workspace. The overview includes platform totals and owner work details. Admins can grant and remove access, assign account plan allowances, and control homepage team visibility. The Events view includes the event catalog and editor, speaker profiles, registration list and CSV export, and event analytics; the legacy /admin/events address redirects to that view. The Workspace view links into operational tasks, Pods, and approvals. Administrators can end their session from the shared dashboard. These administrative actions require an authorized admin session.

Access

An administrator must sign in with an authorized account. Admins and owners can change passwords through email verification. Initial account provisioning runs once per database and preserves existing saved passwords. Company ownership remains the normal boundary for application records.

Change discipline

Treat admin actions as operational changes. Check the saved result and audit history. Do not use public documentation as a place to expose user records, credentials or internal secrets.
