Open Workspace → Decisions or the Pod detail page to inspect tasks marked Needs approval. The task shows the draft, context and review state.
Available actions
- Approve: record that the reviewed draft may advance.
- Request changes: provide feedback and create a new revision for the task.
- Reject: stop that path and record the decision.
Human-only work
Some process steps are deliberately human-owned. The application records the handoff and decision; it does not claim to have completed a real-world action outside the system.
High-impact boundaries
Financial transactions, production changes, sensitive employee actions, clinical decisions, underwriting and legal advice should remain with qualified people unless a future adapter and policy system explicitly support a narrower authorized action.
