What it contains
The blueprint combines company profile, goals and metrics, selected departments, team structure, process interviews, responsibility matrices, tools, knowledge, brand guidance, rules, permissions, AI opportunities and selected Pods.
Why versioning matters
Pods pin a blueprint version at creation. Changing the company context invalidates work planned against the old version. This avoids silently applying new rules or evidence to an old plan. Create a new Pod from the revised blueprint when the operating context changes.
Keep it useful
Write concrete process steps, owner names or roles, approval conditions and acceptance criteria. Treat sample responses as drafting aids. Confirm research findings before using them as company facts.
